I usually don't write forum posts so if this isn't as eloquent as most forgive me ( jk fuck off)
Last night thinker, change, lucent and I were discussing a 60 arena wargames with ranking based through the guild. After giving it some thought this is what I came up with, if you're interested post something and Ill start a list to see if we have enough to get something like this going.
First off to deter teams like rogue/paladin/mage we would have a 1 paladin, rogue or mage per team limit, I think that would help balance things a bit allowing other classes to have some actual use.To get in there would be a buy in fee(100g or so) so that we could offer an award to the winning team. As far as ranking would go I think I would have to manually record it, which wouldnt bother me at all. Ranks would be determined using
For a win
Your current teams rank + ( Opposing team's rank/Your current rank)
For a loss
Your current teams rank - (Your current teams rank/ Opposing teams rank)
We would have a 1 be the starting rank and the minimum rank.
This would be a 3v3 arena and we could schedule times around raids or just play them whenever the people are on.

I for one say this is a good idea...we can't have 60 twink bgs? well we can have 60 twink arenas
